Acceptable Use Policy

You must use AIToolsThatPay lawfully and respectfully, and only as permitted by these rules and our Terms of Service. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

• Scraping, crawling, harvesting, automated extraction, or automated collection of content without our prior written permission.
• Reselling, sublicensing, redistributing, publishing, or sharing premium content, strategies, prompt packs, or the database, in whole or in part.
• Cloning, mirroring, or building derivative or competing products from our content, compilation, layout, or design.
• Bulk downloading, caching, or copying beyond normal personal use.
• Sharing account credentials or premium access, or circumventing access controls, paywalls, or rate limits.
• Spam, manipulation of ratings, reviews, or rankings, or posting false, misleading, infringing, harmful, or unlawful content.
• Fraud, payment fraud, abusive chargebacks, money laundering, or deceptive practices.
• Uploading malware, attempting to breach security, probing, reverse-engineering, or disrupting the platform or its infrastructure.
• Impersonation, harassment, hate speech, or infringement of the rights or privacy of others.
• Any other illegal use or use that violates third-party terms.

Programmatic access, bots, and the use of our content to train or build machine-learning models or datasets are prohibited without our prior written consent.

We may use technical measures such as rate limits, access logs, bot detection, watermarking, abuse monitoring, and automated security controls to protect AIToolsThatPay, premium content, users, and the platform.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, revoke access, and report unlawful activity to the authorities, with or without notice. You can report abuse or violations to abuse@aitoolsthatpay.com.
