Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Venalytics Inc., the operator of AIToolsThatPay (ATTP). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and the other policies referenced throughout. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

AIToolsThatPay is an informational directory of AI tools together with educational income strategies, prompt packs, comparisons, and related content. Everything on the platform is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any income, profit, rankings, traffic, employment, or success, and nothing here is financial, legal, tax, investment, medical, or other professional advice. Results depend on your own effort, skill, timing, market, budget, and execution, and you are responsible for your decisions, actions, compliance, and outcomes. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, scraping, reselling, redistribution, cloning, bulk downloading, spam, fraud, manipulation of ratings, and any illegal use are prohibited.

Paid products include Lifetime Premium and, when available, Elite subscriptions and paid listings. Payments are handled by third-party processors, and we do not store full card details. Refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, and the meaning and scope of Lifetime access are described in our Lifetime Access Policy.

When you submit reviews, comments, submissions, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content to operate and promote the platform, and you remain responsible for ensuring it is lawful. The platform and its premium content, income strategies, prompt packs, database, compilation, layout, design, and other materials are owned by Venalytics Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, or create derivative works from them. Tool names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Listings, links, and comparisons are not endorsements unless we state otherwise, and third-party tools, pricing, and availability are controlled by third parties and may change. Some links are affiliate links, as described in our Affiliate Disclosure. Some content is generated or assisted by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before you rely on it; see our AI Content Disclosure.

We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or our policies, or for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, security threats, or where required by law. You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time.

The platform and all content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venalytics Inc. and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, and our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty United States dollars. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise. You agree that disputes will be handled in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
