How we use your information
We use personal information to operate your account and deliver paid features, process payments and provide support, personalize content and recommendations, send account, security, and (where you opt in) newsletter emails, measure and improve the platform, detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with our legal obligations. Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the service, your consent for optional cookies and marketing, and compliance with legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences, and optional analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You can manage your choice through the cookie banner and your browser settings. Our Cookie Policy explains this in more detail.
Service providers and third parties
We rely on trusted service providers (processors) to operate the platform. They typically fall into categories such as payment processors, email and communication providers, hosting and cloud infrastructure, content delivery, analytics providers, advertising platforms, security and fraud-prevention tools, and AI or automation service providers. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and only as needed to deliver their service. The platform also contains outbound links and affiliate links to third-party sites that collect information independently of us, as described in our Affiliate Disclosure.
Artificial intelligence
Some features use AI services to generate or assist with content and chat responses. Inputs you submit to those features may be processed by AI providers to return a result. Please do not submit sensitive personal information to AI features. See our AI Content Disclosure for more.
How long we keep information
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law. For specific retention periods and how to request deletion, see our Data Retention & Deletion Policy.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You can manage much of your information from your account dashboard, or contact us at privacy@aitoolsthatpay.com. We do not sell your personal information.

We are based in Canada and work with service providers that may store or process information in other countries, including the United States. Where personal information is transferred across borders, we take steps intended to keep it protected and handled consistently with this policy and applicable law.
