Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the AIToolsThatPay (ATTP) affiliate program, operated by Venalytics Inc. By joining or applying, you agree to these terms together with our Terms of Service and the other policies referenced here.

Standard affiliate access is included with Lifetime Premium and available to Lifetime Premium account holders. Influencer Partner access is granted by manual review and approval. Approval is not automatic or guaranteed, and we may approve, decline, suspend, or remove participants at our discretion.

Standard affiliates earn 10% on eligible, completed Lifetime Premium purchases made through their referral link. Influencer partners may be offered higher rates by manual agreement, based on factors such as follower count, engagement, niche relevance, audience quality, and promotional fit. Commissions apply only to eligible purchases and may be pending during a review period.

Referrals are tracked through your unique referral link or code. Attribution windows, cookie duration, and attribution rules may be defined and updated by us. We do not guarantee that every referral will be tracked.

Payouts are handled manually at first. Payout method, schedule, currency, and any minimum payout threshold may be announced or configured later. We do not offer instant payouts. You are responsible for any taxes owed on amounts you receive.

Commissions may be held during review and may be reduced, reversed, or withheld for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, self-referrals, coupon or promotion abuse, policy violations, or other abuse.

• No guaranteed-income claims or misleading promises.
• No spam, fake testimonials, or deceptive marketing.
• No impersonating ATTP or Venalytics Inc.
• No bidding on ATTP brand terms in paid ads unless approved.
• No self-referrals or coupon abuse.
• No scraping or redistribution of premium content.
• Comply with applicable law and our Acceptable Use Policy.

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law or platform rules. For example: "I may earn a commission if you buy through my link," or "Affiliate link — I may earn from qualifying purchases."

Affiliate earnings are not guaranteed and results vary based on audience, content quality, niche, traffic, effort, timing, and other factors. Nothing here is a promise of income. See our Earnings Disclaimer.

Use of ATTP names, logos, and materials is permitted only as we authorize and may be revoked. We may change these terms, commission rates, or the program, or end the program or your participation, at any time; continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
