Refund Policy

When refunds are and are not available for our digital products. Premium Content is digital and access begins immediately, so refunds are limited.
Overview
We want you to feel confident purchasing from AIToolsThatPay, but because Premium Content is digital and immediately accessible, refunds are limited to the specific situations described below. AIToolsThatPay sells digital products, including Lifetime Premium, Elite subscriptions when available, and paid promotional listings. Payments are processed by third-party processors such as Stripe and PayPal.
Lifetime Premium
Because ATTP provides immediate access to digital strategies, prompt packs, tools, and premium informational content, Lifetime Premium purchases are generally final once access begins. We may consider a limited refund request within 7 days only for duplicate charges, verified billing errors, unauthorized transactions reviewed case by case, or unresolved technical access issues that prevent access to purchased premium content. Refunds may be denied if premium content has been substantially accessed, copied, scraped, downloaded, screenshotted, shared, redistributed, account-shared, abused, or used in a way inconsistent with normal personal evaluation of a digital product. The scope of Lifetime access is described in our Lifetime Access Policy.
What is not refundable
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Buyer remorse or a change of mind.
- Accidental purchase claims after access begins.
- Not using the product.
- Not achieving income, traffic, rankings, followers, sales, employment, or business results.
- Finding similar information elsewhere.
- Deciding the content is not a good fit after substantial access.
- Violation of ATTP policies.
- Excessive access, scraping, copying, redistribution, or account sharing.
Subscriptions and listings
For Elite subscriptions, when available, you can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, and we do not issue partial-period refunds. Renewal charges are non-refundable, so please cancel before your renewal date.
One-time listing fees are non-refundable once a listing is published. If a listing is rejected during moderation, the fee is refunded automatically within five to ten business days.
Eligibility, chargebacks, and requests
Refund eligibility may be denied or limited if we detect abuse, excessive access, bulk copying, scraping, redistribution, account sharing, chargeback abuse, or use that is inconsistent with normal personal evaluation of a digital product. Refunds, when granted, are issued to the original payment method. Please contact us before filing a chargeback; filing one without contacting us first may result in suspension or termination of your account, consistent with our Terms of Service. To request a refund, email support@aitoolsthatpay.com from the address on your account with the date of the charge and a brief reason, and we will respond within two business days.
