Lifetime Access Policy

Lifetime refers to the operational lifetime of the AIToolsThatPay (ATTP) platform and product, not your personal lifetime and not a perpetual or guaranteed term. It means continued access to the Premium tier for as long as we operate the platform, subject to this policy.

Lifetime Premium covers the included Lifetime Premium features available within ATTP, subject to platform availability, feature changes, policy compliance, and continued operation of the product.

Lifetime Premium does not automatically include future paid products, plans, subscriptions, services, coaching, done-for-you services, marketplace features, enterprise features, or Elite features unless ATTP explicitly states otherwise.

• Access is for a single individual account and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
• Access requires ongoing compliance with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
• Access may be suspended or terminated for violations, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or security threats, without refund where permitted.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features, content, or the platform as a whole. Lifetime access does not guarantee that any specific feature, strategy, prompt pack, integration, or third-party tool will remain available, unchanged, or supported indefinitely. If we discontinue the platform entirely, Lifetime access will end at that time; where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy, we will honor applicable refund or wind-down terms, and otherwise Lifetime purchases are not refundable beyond the periods described there.
